Refund Eligibility Criteria
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund for our financial education programs. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Requests made within 14 days of enrollment for courses not yet started
- Technical issues preventing access to course materials for more than 72 hours
- Course content significantly differs from what was advertised in our program descriptions
- Duplicate payments made in error through our payment system
- Withdrawal due to documented medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances
Please note that refund eligibility decreases once you've accessed more than 25% of the course content. We encourage students to review course previews and syllabi carefully before enrolling.

You'll receive an email notification with our decision. If approved, we'll provide details about the refund amount and processing timeline.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Partial Refund Scenarios
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered based on course completion and time elapsed since enrollment:
- 50% refund available if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
- 25% refund may be considered for withdrawals within the first month of long-term programs
- Administrative fees ($25 CAD) may be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs
- Bonus materials or supplementary resources accessed may affect refund calculations

Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
Full refunds may be considered for documented medical emergencies that prevent course completion. Medical documentation from licensed healthcare providers is required.
Military Deployment
Active military personnel facing sudden deployment may be eligible for full refunds or course transfers to future dates with proper military documentation.
Technical Difficulties
If our platform experiences extended downtime or technical issues preventing access, affected students may receive full refunds or complimentary course extensions.
Course Cancellation
If we cancel a course due to low enrollment or other factors, all enrolled students receive full refunds within 10 business days of cancellation notice.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and products are not eligible for refunds under our policy:
- One-on-one consultation sessions that have already been completed
- Downloaded digital resources and course materials accessed after the refund window
- Certification fees paid to third-party organizations
- Courses completed in their entirety, regardless of satisfaction level
- Promotional or discounted enrollments may have different refund terms
